The product slider is a great way to cross-sell products on your product pages while keeping the look of your site nice and clean.
This feature is enabled by default in Ultimento. Just log in to your Magento Admin Panel, navigate to the part you want to show recommendations on, then add the products you want to display in the "Up-sells" tab on the left. You can add as many products as you want, but don't go too crazy!

All the code that controls the product slider on your product page can be found in app/design/frontend/default/ultimento/template/catalog/product/list/upsell.phtml and the javascript is located in js/ult/carousel.js. You can copy this code wherever you like in your site if you want to use the product slider elsewhere.
