By default, when you first install Ultimento onto your Magento site you'll notice that it adds a small piece of text in your footer that says "Powered by Ultimento". This bit of code is required to stay if you're on Ultimento Basic, but if you're using Plus or Max one of the benefits is that you can edit or remove this text if you like.
Simply log in to your Magento Admin Console and navigate to System > Configuration > Design > Footer > Copyright. From there you can put in whatever you like, just make sure you're in the right store view when you do.
